Meet Racheal
Racheal Little, M.A.L.S., is an educational consultant, professional development facilitator, student success strategist, early interventionist, and founder of Kollege Kompass LLC.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies with an emphasis in English and a Master of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies and Special Education from the University of Memphis.
Racheal brings more than a decade of experience working across education, early childhood development, special education, classroom instruction, student support, and family coaching. Her professional background includes work as an early interventionist, developmental therapist, classroom teacher, substitute educator, and student advocate.
Her work is grounded in a genuine commitment to helping people recognize their abilities and move forward with greater confidence. She combines encouragement with practical planning so that participants leave feeling motivated, prepared, and responsible for their next steps.
Through Kollege Kompass, Racheal works with schools, districts, colleges, workforce programs, nonprofits, and community organizations to provide professional development, student seminars, leadership programs, college and career readiness services, and educational consulting.
Her signature K.O.M.P.A.S.S.™ Method helps educators and students move from uncertainty to direction through self-awareness, ownership, planning, action, skill development, and opportunity.
